Thirteen years seven investors including myself were defrauded on a general partnership land deal in williamson county.

Without knowing the area really well it is hard to know how much of that is the cost of land baked in.

As I am now focused more on cash and creative wholesales-SFR & Land, to eventually do fix and flips, buy n holds.

It depends on how much I can sell my land here. 

Hoping to be right around $450K for build, land was $47K builder funded means? 

I moved up here to get a bunch of land to house hack and the trailers are in livable condition. 

I currently  have a mobile home on land that my dad gave me .

So they pick off a bunch of non equity homes  ( like what is going to happen in todays market  with many starting out that just want to land a deal and own doors.so they do about 35 of these over the course of 18 months  average delta is 200 to 300 a month and of course the drip income folks think Hey no money down and most of these were the no money or very little down variety since they had no real equity.

Singapore is special because they're adding the size of the land by doing a land reclamation project.
