Just like asset class cycles there are certain buyer sentiment that changes over time for what they are buying.

Whether it's a bubble or just a correction will be impossible to know until it happens.Keep in mind that real estate, like most of the financial markets, is often more psychological than anything else and sentiment can change rapidly.

That's exactly what we heard back in 2003-2006...but hey, at least I know where sentiment is.

It has been valued since the Romans and keeps pace with inflation and sentiment. 

I agree with the general sentiment here that no one knows.

I know it’s an unpopular sentiment for BP but if you’re not able to optimize around “making money” you might as well optimize around “enjoyment”.

I'll let everyone else ride those assets down and look forward to buying them when investor sentiment is maximum bearishness.
