Plenty of opportunity and not much to hear from the city upon purchase.The POS ensures that neighbors actually take care of their houses, which doesn't happen in areas where the city has no freaking control over anything.

It was not our primary revenue stream but we owned/controlled the adjacent scrap (empty) land and it was a very small (and inexpensive) lot but convenient for 'customers'... but I'd do it again in a heartbeat if I had a similar opportunity.

I also do not have a thermostat to my heat in the unit which leaves me no control over that.
