They're blaming big companies for the housing issues and homelessness, but the government has increasingly poured money into solving the housing issues while making it exponentially worse.

I've been poor before - homeless, hungry, and you simply can't 'sacrifice' your way to success when you're dirt poor.

A homeless man sleeping on a park bench can live on $10 for years.

People shoplift from the local convenience store, homeless people do beer grabs at the liquor store, diners dine and dash, employees steal, rehabbers get appliances stolen, insurance companies get fraudulent claims, banks have loans go bad, tenants don't pay rent, etc.You're going through your business's period of loss.

And it all depends on the sum and total of your evidence - past history, current practice, documentation with your cpa, The house you legally resided in and never changed your residence while you worked on this one, or the fire that burned down your primary residence and left you homeless except for this house you were working on.Tread carefully but honest people don't fear questions.

Also, if you didn't have to work to cover your monthly/yearly expenses, that doesn't mean you have to stop working...you'll just enjoy it even more since you don't need the income.2 - Pick other financial goals (i.e....generations behind you, favorite cause...like Aids, Cancer Research, homeless, etc...)3 - Legacy

I knew they wanted out but they were stuck on there old ways and i finally i got them to agree to sell it to me because i will invest my time and the little money i have to make that property look in/out  one unit at a time until a bank loans me money to buy it from them . there is alot of property owners who just want out . so iam almost there 80% rent roll and moving them in and the property owners are happy with disbelief of the 1 and 2 year contracts renters have signed and are happy cause they see a light at the end of the tunnel like you should to , forget what people say do it the way you know how then teach us how you did it . you see my profile picture thats a homeless landscaper and all the landscape tools for my complex . his dream was to have an account like this complex,so now all the landscapers in town dont understand how he got this account . the same as i did i looked and asked he seen that grass, bushes,weeds and knew it was his calling so when you pass by your next apartment building ask and you will see.
