this is not a typical outdoor apparatus and Insurance will be a issue.. 

This is a person that has a permit to grow 25 plants outdoors; doesn't affect him regardless of how much he grows but affects everyone else in the neighborhood.

Also, for someone like me who likes to be outdoors, but hates seeing neighbors.. a 6 ft privacy fence would do wonders in curb appeal!  

We have a doorbell cam, and outdoor cameras (which are stated on our listing).

My wife and I would love to experience a place less hot than Arizona to enjoy the outdoors.2.)

And, to add to the urban STR challenges, in 2020/2021 everyone was pouring out of urban areas and heading to the great outdoors.

In an old movie, Willard commanded the Rats to attack people and things like a little Army--I doubt you are commanding any rats.Car outdoors, rats outdoors, seems like part of nature, like the rain and snow.Unless you are secretly commanding your own Rat Army like Willard in the movie.Maybe next time she should buy a more Rat Resistant car because something must draw them to her car--the neighbors cars are not being consumed by Rats.See if the interior is stacked high with old fast food leftovers. 

Unfortunately the place stinks like cat pee, and I would love to change out doors and trim to get rid of the odors and 1980's look.
