Im about 65% VRBO, 20% Airbnb and 15% direct. im on beach front market in Florida.

You can't have 2 listings for same property on same platform.You could have a seperate houfy (or similar) account for direct bookings.

Over time I have dwindled that 300 owner list down to approx. 200 owners that I have sent 3 rounds of direct mail to this year.
