Investors need to accept that if they want to shotgun low offers all over creation an in demand broker or agent isn't going to jump up and down for joy wanting that business.

@Michael PlanteI was reading about opportunity zones the other day and it says that the government will sell you land at special price and give tax advantages to those investors who are willing to move capital and build properties such as commercial and residential to get these areas so that local economy gets stronger, job creation and all that.

Don't listen to the non laywers as some of just shills for their youtube channel or llc creation services. 

I this has nothing to do with purchasing a fixer but it is to show that there is a lot of appreciation due to the inflow of people and the creation of jobs due the huge economic driver of the school.
