This was a 6 year old business account the never posted anything besides promoting our real estate conference. 

Soon, there will be a ton of posts below from agents in Columbus and Cleveland to "help" you, but you already know where you want to be.I wouldn't be thinking STR for Ohio unless you are doing woodsy, which can work, but the table stakes are high on those (swimming holes, saunas, game rooms, hot tubs).

For no/low-cost seller leads, I'd also recommend FSBO via zillow or realtor.com.As far as commission structure, the post-NAR settlement rule is that you are only allowed to collect the amount negotiated on your buyer agreement.
