I have yet to complete my first deal but I thinks it's probably important to assemble a good team to support me first.

And to the ones who have already escaped...I applaud you.As mentioned above: ASSEMBLE A TEAM!

Most of my deals are land actually, assembling development sites is really fun.

I an interested in learning how to secure financing, how to assemble the right team, exit strategy, successful property management and networking and learning from investors.Areas I currently service as a real estate agent, Montgomery County, Howard County, Prince George County, Anne Arundel County, Baltimore County/City. 

Assembling property is tricky.

We used to live there and have our team assembled.

They saw the pex and said that the shark bite fasteners used to assemble the pex were not to code and not reliable. 

As for the Team, I have access to pretty much everyone on the list, And will begin to assemble reliable associates to fill these roles.

So I am either limited on re-leasing the as-is space or I have to try to assemble other buildings or land next to me which might not even be possible and if it is it will be expensive in most cases.Mcdonald's are trading at 4 . 4.5 cap rate which is just insane.

and a year later they are just starting to try and find a deal and once they get a deal they find out most of what they learned and the people they assembled are just all wrong.Ready...
