I agree with @Miller McSwain and @Tommy Parker, Innago is the best available.Most importantly, the customer service is top notch.You can have tenants pay online, you can also have the $2 ACH fee charged to you as well.

The PM provides monthly statements on income/expenses and there is an ACH to my account in bulk twice a month.Is it best practice to take those statements and enter the details of them into my own software versus just the ACH?

It's a little pricier than some of the other online payment services ($3 per payment, option of tenant paying, landlord paying or split it) but they have great service and it's geared specifically for rental payments and not just general ACH payments.

Seriously, I have never had any problems and linked my regular checking accounts at different firms via ACH to the Ally account and it works well.
