Boulder has many coliving communities that have shown long term success (Wild Sage, Silver Sage, Nyland, Nomad, Washington Village, Boulder Creek) as well as cooperatives (Masara, Ingram, Ostara among others).

You want to hold commodities (houses, gold, silver, land, wheat, canned spam, etc) when inflation is rampant.

There is a good chance you might be trading gold for silver as far as the investment side of things go.

Well, the silver lining would be that maybe I can finally say I am self-employed and open up that Solo 401(k). 

I've heard things about Ogden, Bluffdale, Eagle Mountain as well and curious if anyone has opinions on those areas.

However I'm thinking it might be a good time to buy and hold in East Boston (eagle hill) or even Chelsea. 

However, we use rehab expenses to get free gas from Giant Eagle (haven't paid for gas in, like, 2 years), so I would insist on buying my own materials.

Just like all real estate, they are not a silver bullet to grow your wealth.  

I'm also thinking about Norcross where there is a new TV Studio and stages just opened up at the old Eagle Rock bottling company.
