We have leased vehicles through our companies, but never personally for this very reason.When purchasing a vehicle, we never buy new, always second hand - sometimes from a dealer or rental car agency, but just as often privately.

Be sure to advise that you're attempting to remove the tenant/dealers via eviction but the tenants continue to attract "traffic/businss' that is harmful to the property and neighborhood.

I'm not saying drop out and follow your passion to become a painter in a hippie commune, nor am I saying become a drug dealer to get rich quick, but there has to be a happy medium between the two and money alone is not the best consideration for finding that happy medium.Also, gotta take you to task a bit for asking a question and then arguing with experienced people who answer it and give you good advice that you don't want to hear.

Hey everyone, my current situation is this, my brother owns a used car dealership in Phx,az since 2012, i worked for him till about 2015, then till currently buy vehicles at a dealer auctions , used to advertise on m y own and the dealer lot but in 2020 got tired of dealing with all the Bs it involves dealing with customers and now i advertise and leave my vehicles in the dealer lot and let the sales men sell my vehicle, all i have to do is take care of cars that need attention and collect my check when a vehicle is sold.Gotta say its a petty sweet deal because i have a lot of ME time, im not wealthy but do okay , im guessing real estate involves a lot of networking and talking to people lol.

@Matthew Irish-JonesWe were able to ask the seller about the permit and got this response "since they were going to live in the property they had a friend, a retired licensed electrician, do all of the work for them".

Yes, you can buy "factory direct" at most of the mobile home manufacturers as long as you're 1) a park owner and not the end user and 2) have a dealer's license (which is not hard to obtain).
