There are so many tools to help buyers and sellers do a great deal of research on their own but most of it is off the mark and to have the in depth knowledge of a market or historical data, that is held with the agents and our systems.

I'm very wary of tools that take a percentage based cut.

Smaller Pockets, but that is a tool every investor uses, right?

I was wondering  if is there is a tool on BP to estimate the rehab cost on a property I found that needs some work to make it just right.

Hello to All,I would REALLLY appreciate any and all Help, Suggestions, Comments, Experience, & Recommendations for me to FINALLY nail down, and pick out a Website Company, a CRM, a Dialer, and a Source for getting Expired, Cancelled, and FSBO phone #'s.So far I have heard that MOJO is a pretty good dialer.  

I haven't used the investment calculator tools here on BiggerPockets, but apparently those are pretty good.

What crm are you using?

Without the proper tools, it's very time consuming..

Does anyone have any tools for finding the phone numbers of properties like this?
