They have choices when they first get an animal and the brighter ones think ahead and get labs instead of huskys and pitts.

The project ended up taking 8 days and cost me lots of opportunity at work back home (I work on commission).I took the week off work to go supervise, things were seemingly good at first, but it is a 5 unit property with workers spread out, we passed inspection even though there were still about 13 things that I didn't personally see done but were told was taken care of, I had those taken care of right after inspection. 

Most brokers have many agents to supervise and it's not like we have a listing contract.

Maybe a crystal meth lab takes over the property next door and your place gets contaminated as well.

They have plenty to do just supervising applications and inspecting the units.

I used to supervise many of these types when I was in the military myself so I guess while I understand how they get sucked in to it all, I just wish they could see what they are doing to themselves.

Most supervising brokers can handle that.
