If not, you may want to spend more to be in a different market segment, but I might suggest you won’t make much (if any) more profit on the nicer unit... but you will be dealing with a slightly nicer caliber of renter... more white collar versus blue collar.

The problem is there is a segment of people on here who fabricate their data, and if you look into it you can see that some is egregious.

At this stage you would need your own property insurance (different than Mortgagee property insurance) and you would likely want to get title insurance to protect title, that would be an owner policy now.Now you are the property owner with a tenant.In this trade you want to deal with each party on their own in their own segment of time.
