Then I remember the automatic payment that showed up in my bank account, and I smile, and appreciate that as long as that payment is on time, and they are not permanently damaging the house, creating a nuisance, or creating legal liabilities for me, I really don't care if they are messy, neat, conservative, liberal, religious, satanic, gay, straight, mixed, artistically challenged, or anything else.

For every Wynn team leader making $80-100k, there's hundreds of Kwik E Mart cashiers making $9 an hour..  

OTOH, the leader of our local REIA heavily invests in Newark, NJ, a place a lot of people might fear to tread...and he's approx mid-30s and going to retire in two years...:-)

As we all know, Jordan is definitely a former swindler - though I think he's a good salesman and leader in that he knows how to motivate (yeah - most successful swindlers/former swindlers likely are, of course).
