How much capital are you planing on using to achieve your goals?  

I’ll answer anyway, I’m not FF by any means but for me it was buying a plane ticket and spending a weekend in the market interviewing everyone who would meet with me and surveying the neighborhoods I was going to buy in.

Be sure to hit all major plumbing penetrations and all top plates (the part in the attic where the framing material from the walls meets the attic air plane).

Float plane from Port Hardy to a remote floating lodge on the central coast for a few days of delicious food and drink, amazing scenery, and some pretty awesome bear viewing.

In a lot of trouble right now with a fixer upper - major foundational issues, built on a flood plane, and the place is just full of mold.

I'm not quite sure why you would need a lateral bracing along the perimeter of the basement unless it is to resist the wall from out-of-plane bending.. 3 steel beams in the basement slab or for the floor above it?

Since we're planing to do some extensive renovation and addition on this property when these people move out I don't want to spend that money for r something that will not be used after renovation.

I had planed to stick to my standards but being new I'm thinking I might have set them too high for the area.
