They then treated (painted) the wood with an antibacterial paint (I think it was Microban or something like it).Note removal was done with proper ventilation and protective clothing including respirator/mask designed to filter out mold.

Long story short would you rather have a new tub and shower or would you like to put a mask on your current one?

We are talking about nickle and dime stuff like cracked sidewalk blocks, peeling paint, messy yard etc....

That's for short term deals, like 90 days or less.If you do deals for longer periods you may increase the % split, but as that goes up, the rate needs to go down (even though a percentage of the savings will be going back to the lender.)At 50%, that becomes a joint venture arrangement, not just a lender position, that amount for just lending the money on a secured basis, the lender needs to wear a mask!

I still don't know everything I need to know to make a decision, but I can subtract some details that I thought were great -- peeling back the layers of an onion usually makes you cry!
