im currently working on a multi family portfolio, we are searching high and low at the moment and ready to pull the trigger on the best deal . im here to learn and network . i  am very excited to meet new people. my hobbies are hiking, traveling , playing music and scuba diving !

His sister was allready going to college down there and we were about 15 then and we were getting in to their music.

Try installing sodium (high intensity) lighting, install loudspeaker and play classical music (I know it sounds crazy, but it drives the younger ones away), or one of my favorites, a motion detector that turns on the sprinkler system.  

Years later when I ran into my own problems I latched onto that advice along with healthy eating (i.e. the selenium in sunflower and pumpkin seeds help give you a positive attitude - no joke), exercising and listening to positive empowering music (I'm a positive hip hop fanatic - check out Dead Prez's 'Refuse To Lose'.)Embrace the energy you feel is making you "nearly homeless" and turn it into steam to move forward and succeed.
