I often flip items with motors (boats, cars, motorcycles) They're almost always good for a minimum of 50% return, sometimes 200%+ Problem is those 50%-200% returns are usually only $500-$1500..

@stevejones oh man i cant believe im about 2 months late to this post I didnt realize there were replies to my own thread haha  - I just listened to your podcast episode last week I grew up in a lot of the areas you are doing your work in and also have a few investments in echo park (although growing up in the glendale/lacrescenta area we never thought of it as anything but gangland haha how things change). what are your thoughts of the river renovation and the mount Washington area... all hype or some real opportunity?

You push or pull the new wire and cable TV wire with it into the box without cutting the wall.If you have to make a small cut at the ceiling you can sometimes cover it with new molding without tearing the whole wall up as well.Surface mounted systems are around but I don't think I would ever use it in a residence.Guys like Robert can be even more creative with how they pull wire without tearing up a wall.Good Luck.

If the rusty spot is relatively close to a box, this isn't too bad, but if there's one rusty spot in the middle of a run, it can be a pain in the butt.For the Cat6 outlets, you'll probably have to use electrical boxes that mount on the surface of the walls.
