@Robert FreemanYou need the “purchase and sale agreement” for the seller, which must have “And/or assigns” on the buyer’s name line.Further, this contract should include: - Address and legal description of the property- Seller’s name- Buyer’s name- And/or assigns” on the buyer’s name line, if you’ll be assigning the property (I’ll talk about this later)- Price- Closing date- The day’s date- Earnest money amount - Contingencies These points come from @Brandon Turner 's book: "The Book on Real estate Investing with No Money Down."
