There is a huge difference between a $1MM portfolio that will not be broken up, and a same size portfolio of 50 notes, each averaging $200K, with various of the following factors, that would be sold individually.Regardless at minimum any buyer is going to require;Date of origination (for aging)Face amountInterest rateAny callability/or prepayment factorsIf this portfolio is that big and legit, why is this seller not looking at the "standard/legit" market to sell this.
