I’ve seen some cool pictures of the outdoors, so may just have to come experience it!!

We've been researching areas all over the U.S. and have narrowed our list down to these places for our house-hack:Northwest Arkansas (our favorite)San Antonio, TXAustin, TXPortland, ORSacramento, CAWe are both in our mid 20's, very sociable, and love the outdoors.

The dog seems well behaved and mostly kept outdoor.

Your movie ticket idea made me think that, if you know your tenant well enough, you could also get concert tickets.Another idea for the outdoors-y types: National Parks pass or state park pass

These are the people that do the work that no one else is willing to do, harvesting crops, digging ditches, cleanup and all other forms of outdoor manual labor in the baking dry heat of Central California.  

I do spread granular insecticide around the outdoor units every year.

This break has allowed me to spruce up my place with a DIY patio and a planter/screen in the backyard to provide more privacy and outdoor seating area.

Marihuana plants grown outdoors are considered to be in an enclosed, locked facility if they are not visible to the unaided eye from an adjacent property when viewed by an individual at ground level or from a permanent structure and are grown within a stationary structure that is enclosed on all sides, except for the base, by chain-link fencing, wooden slats, or a similar material that prevents access by the general public and that is anchored, attached, or affixed to the ground; located on land that is owned, leased, or rented by either the registered qualifying patient or a person designated through the departmental registration process as the primary caregiver for the registered qualifying patient or patients for whom the marihuana plants are grown; and equipped with functioning locks or other security devices that restrict access to only the registered qualifying patient or the registered primary caregiver who owns, leases, or rents the property on which the structure is located..."
