I am not all in monetarily, (that would be stupid IMHO diversification is key in many aspects of investment & life) but I am all in as far as believing there is good in Real Estate.I started to believe when I committed to this system/network that I joined My affiliate (we are go'n worldwide) with local chapters expanding thought the USA & beyond.

Often, the better answer is a different plan format that entirely suits their needs for diversification of their tax-sheltered retirement savings.If someone for their own legitimate reasons has qualifying self-employment, great.When folks start talking about creating self-employment just so they can have a Solo 401(k), I would say 85% or more are creating more work than the corresponding benefit they may receive from a Solo 401(k) as compared to say a Checkbook IRA.Being self-employed requires time away from other endeavors and family.

One of the main reasons I  chose this route instead of investing outside of retirement accounts is that is where 90%+ of my funds were sitting, and it is also a great diversification from all equities too.Good Luck, Dan Dietz
