Holding costs, further rate increases may result in price declines, the need to extract investment all point to get out soon even if you are disappointed in your return (I suspect your return will only get worse with time).BTW the interior looks nice (narrow, but nice).I have passed on quite a few BRRRR properties (We do BRRRRs and not flips) because I believed the area would not provide me the opportunities that I was looking for.Good luck

The lots I'm thinking of carry around $100 of tax liability annually so it while it would be annoying and disappointing to get the deal wrong it would be far from ruinous.Bonus topic - So far I've really only explored doing this with solar developers, but I'm interested in the idea of ground leases in general.

I am not going to preach or rant about the successes and the positives in the game even though I really want to but if you go through my profile and read all the times that I have motivated and ranted about why this business is great, I assure you , you won't be disappointed, because I say some great things about not only my successes as a 20 year old but the people that I work with and meet with me and talk to me.

If all you can afford is a generic website or landing page, with “canned” SEO, and calls answered by a answering service or lower end “virtual assistant”, you’re probably going to be very frustrated and disappointed with the results.
