Hey @Ali Kathryn Cloud, I second what @Nicholas L. said, going to REI meetups is the best way to find someone who you can possibly shadow or have as a "mentor".

I just bought a property without an agent and the listing agent, even though he did not take the buyers agent commission, has been guiding me along this process to include drafting the formal offer contract, putting all the documents in the cloud for easy signing, etc.

I just purchased a Dream Cloud Premium for personal use that I am pretty happy with so far.

I use Tenant Cloud, but have heard many talk highly about RentRedi.

If a house passed the title search couple times, what kind of cloud on the title could be missing?

@Greg Stock For someone like you I would highly recommend Tenant Cloud.

If you try to rent your grandfather's old property, there is a likelihood your choice-making will be clouded by emotion: the property has been in the family.

Automatic bank imports/linking would be nice, as well as a cloud-based system for tenant maintenance requests.
