There are 3 "buckets" of people who will fund your deals as private lenders: The people who know you, love you and trust you, people who are already investing in real estate and people who are already making private loans on real estate.You'll have a different approach with all 3.

For me I needed to understand the whole process so I mapped out the process and placed the steps into various buckets.
