@Brian Foster, well technically it's inverse condemnation, but I said eminent domain because people would be more familiar with that term.You're right that the city was in a tough spot, and maybe controlled flooding of one area was better than uncontrolled flooding in another.

These random news event can make the market swing at uncontrollable levels.

If we use good business principles and don't STAY highly leveraged, which is really gambling, we don't have to be burned when the upswing of a cycle turns into a downturn. 

You're really gambling by pulling the tank yourself.

I do have some gamble money in stocks just for kicks lol

If it has a Dandridge, Kodak, or Seymour address I’d stay away unless it’s bought below residential appraisal and even then it’s a gamble. 

Heck, what’s our gloves and mask use percent at, 35% maybe  Ask 1000 Vegas residents if they would gamble 2 feet from another person tomorrow if they could.
