What is the ultimate goal in purchasing the property?

I am interviewing for some internships at commercial real estate brokers for next summer, but my ultimate goal down the road is to be someone who invests in and manages properties full time.

Ultimately between insurances being expensive and the property being harder to sell, I just stay away.

My ultimate goal is to acquire rental properties so that is what I seek to do first.While I've had a few properties under contract I haven't closed any deals yet.

I was more trying to figure out how to survive 1st couple of month mortgages with ni income; which now I will find another solution. 

Ultimately make a decision based on what works best for you! 

Agents are forced to lie, cheat, steal and claw their way to get listings and close transactions, just to survive at the firm.

I work with wholesalers on a regular basis, and while most of them are ultimately getting a deal under contract and then selling the contract, there are some that do it different or more "creatively". 

Ultimately the land is what we want.The part of this deal that is unusual for me is potentially tearing the home down.
