The mover that moved the home offered my buyer 11 K for it right there.The single wide I sold for $5,200 cash to a guy on my buyers list and made him move the home as well.But in general I pay $1,600 to move and setup a single wide and the installation costs me another $1,000.00 on top of that.As far as double wides, I do not move them, Too much money goes out into the moving, setup and installations, Also I have to put back down the carpet and put the siding back up on the front and rear.
