If you were to take 1 or more of your existing portfolio and move it to a Sub S and then refinance it with a portfolio lender, you then have opened up the slots of available loans that you can do through Fannie Mae financing.

I Love Real Estate and feel similar that my real estate is my retirement not the 401K, It is a nice cushion growing on the side though.

And if your an animal lover a serious vet visit/hospitalization that would costs thousands here would cost 80-90% less there.  

I really love real estate and I'm 18years old and i live in a state where real estate is pretty difficult.if you don't have over $100k in your bank account you can't take a loan not even a FHA loan.so i'm really thinking to drop out of school and move to miami to do real estate
