Fast Foreward, girls are 7 and 9--what do they want(???)

I’m a sophomore and all everyone talks about is who is with who, and I don’t find much interest in it but many girls are friends who want relationships.

Point blank drugs a girl I've known for 15 years move to an abandon home has been there for almost 5 years ,crazy and she is a known drug users and dealet I no longer live in long Beach  next to her but she's met a man who now livespecially I think her they **** in bags in the back tardy stolen motor bikes and carsare stored there while there in the middle of stripping them so many drugs needles now they have come up with fraudulent documents of ownership for the home and is tryingoing to sell it to a few diffrent people she just came up with a fake check for 10,000 I'm in fear 

One of my agencies top producers was an Avon lady who brought her "girls" (i.e. book of business) along with her when she went from selling cosmetics to selling houses.4) It takes 2-3 years to establish yourself in a new sale career field like real estate and make a sustainable income, unless you're like the lady in item 3.5) You have to build personal relationships. 

And renovation loans are a great thing to chatter about, it's the teenage girls chattering about their weddings, that sort of thing.

Granted I know I am a ways from acquisition but I want to be sure i know what my best options are.FIRST: THANK YOU @Brandon Turner and @Joshua Dorkin for giving me this amazing resource that has taken a girl who was trapped in the idea that the only way I could make a living is by working for someone else and turned her into a real estate crazed, entrepreneurial minded. all things are possible, freedom chasing girl!!

The girl friend and I live in Louisville, Kentucky where I practice real estate as an agent and she works as a project manager for a design and architectural firm.

As a born and raised central Oklahoma girl this was an interesting thread to read through!

I'm a Jersey girl, but have crossed the river for 9 years now, due to RE taxes. 

Cleanup is made easier by renting to girls who will spit shine a place even if i was to sink a bundle into cleaning beforehand.
