For me the timing and the numbers just never made any sense here so the choice for me to invest out of state was an obvious one.If I could give any piece of advice to someone looking to invest out of state it would be to not do it strictly on your own. 

She is beyond help being this far behind and making such poor choices for so many months.

Seems too many are clinging to the VA loan program and trying to manipulate it for an investment program, when there are other up and coming mortgage options that could be a better choice for a lot of the situations2.

I learn from one investor " Know you exit " It would be your choice to sell or keep if you know what your exit would be.

You have a choice, sell it or hold it.

It's our choice as the landlord to process payments this way and that causes the delay.
