Didn't go to college as I started as a unlicensed RE assistant at 17 - got licensed at 21 (when legally allowed in my state) no formal education besides a few CC classes.I thought about going back in my mid 20's and am very glad I didn't

Perhaps you do not fully understand DF, nor do you seem to fathom the tens of thousands of UNLICENSED investors that are active in this country, and operating legally.

I am unaware of an unlicensed individual (wholesaler) being approved by the court, but somewhere someone has probably succeeded.

I'm guessing you can do property management for the company you work with only for them and not for 3rd parties unlicensed....check with your state, but that's my guess.Then you could put your license in inactive status.You wouldn't be able to do referrals then.

The feds also like to tag on other violations to financial screw ups, like wire fraud, bank fraud, mail fraud, unlicensed brokerage activities and lending violations.

Unless you are a licensed broker or sales agent, that is UNLICENSED brokering and is a felony in the State of Florida.

All you are doing by making a thing out this Realtor vs Agent thing is confusing all of the unlicensed individuals who may read this down the line.
