While many will reference the Due on Sale clause, I think that is the least of your worries --- perhaps easier said than done, the simple solution is just refinance the clause is executed.You are trying NOT to co-mingle funds and keep the LLC as its own entity and NOT as your alter-ego it sounds like. 

Even if it is a super deal do not do this without putting pen to paper as last minute changes alters everything you budgeted.

I experienced hiring and firing two subs, translating to time delay due to rework needed.
