-how do you add a land swap to a contract, or should I be a separate contract?

However when multiple long standing tax professionals are kind enough to provide their professional opinions, trying to swap someone otherwise based on the merits of your "not an expert" experience isn't helpful to the OP it just leaves them in a fog of mixed information.
