It's possible this will evolve in time as we've talked for a few years about doing deals together.

I'm not sure if all species have that trait  but it's something to watch out for.

Note that HOA rules evolved over time, and rental rules became more stringent, and it appears no one kept records on units allowed to rent, as evidenced by the PM letter.

I love the travel and being constantly on the go – proving that I can manage these rehabs while maintaining a heavy W2 work schedule, albeit not without mistakes, is a fun challenge.I flew back to Texas for a couple days this weekend to check on the rehabs, understand an evolving (growing) scope of Property #6, pay contractors and catch up with some local investor friends.

They are still a little clunky, but these kinds of platform are new so expect that they will evolve and improve over time.The sysndication platforms would do well to study what LendingClub has done and try to mimic/specialize it to RE deals.

I want to find out the progression of how BiggerPockets evolved from the very beginning to where they are now through their stories and interviews in the podcast.

I wouldn't spend more for a better species hardwood, say maple or cherry over oak. 

You need to be very careful dealing with these folks who have notice of foreclosures, they are a protected specie and you'd better know the laws.
