If you or anyone else has any advice about how a young novice investor might approach an owner that would be greatly appreciated.Everything that has ever been created was fantasy or a dream first. 

I have a couple rental properties, and still consider myself a very novice investor, although the success I have experienced so far has really spurred me on!

Such loans made in another manner, say between a novice business person or investor who is convinced that lending money on a non-recourse basis is par for the course or a common way of doing business with a real estate investor, is absolutely an abuse of the normal and expected use and application of such a lending technique.
