I sing and play guitar, drums and piano, music was once my "dream" but it became more "work" for me and I fell out of love with it but I still play out here and there for fun!

I haven't listened to music on my commute in months.

Of course not caught a fish but was the best trip because i was knowing theirs desires and the captain went them to the beach of Super Paradise where  i booked a table  in one of the best restaurant beach bar.The other case where my client asked what  to suggest him to make a romantic dinner in the villa , so I arranged a gourmet meal with chef, small candles floating in the pool and saxophone player playing  jazz music .

Hello Folks, I'm Josh and I like jazz music, romantic dinners, and long walks on the beach. 

Flipping and suplementing with additional cash flow, that's music to my ears!

Funny how wild this journey has been, I went from graduating college as a Musical Theatre Major to now being a Partner in a Real Estate Investing Company, and boy am I loving every moment.

It's a great alternative to listening to the same music over and over. 

Music to your ears I assume.
