Are loan docs attorney prepared or prepared in house...big difference on costs there.

I've definitely seen parents purchase properties close to campus to house their kids while they're at school, it's a solid move.

Why are you looking to buy such a big house to rent, the numbers usually won't work unless you go nuts on the design.

I know there are things I need to do to analyze if the deal is a good one, like rental rates, Status of the house/infrastructure, amenities in the area but what else should I be thinking of?
