Perhaps in the notes for agents, it is possible to indicate that the seller has the disclosures (and contract).I also have hoa stuff to include.several agents did show my house.

Hopefully they are with a compnay that has an "Up Desk" so other agents can field the calls.2) It helps pin point the location for agents showing the house.
