You can reuse them by changing a couple of lines to fit the new property (address, amount, duration, etc.) and each of you can have your own LLC if you think you want/need that, as a signatory to the Agreement or you can use your personal name.

From what I've learned, many more deals are to come the longer you're in on the game.I know I probably seem like I'm talking a little ahead of myself, but it only makes sense that people who are active for longer durations with aggressive marketing will be able to perform better as wholesalers.

If banks are issuing debt that they believe will have an average duration of 7 or so years and are pricing it accordingly I guess you could argue that their interest is being impaired a bit by someone piggybacking on the note and extending the average duration.

I try to not go too much over 12 months for a lease duration; I will go to 15 months if I am filling a unit in January or February (because the "hot season" for tenant placement starts in May through August).You have one known - you're getting less rent.You have lots of unknowns.
