Then I created a carrot website using a lot of Jerryll Noorden's techniques to rank high on search/SEO rankings for motivated sellers ie 'we buy houses' kind of terms.Then something funny happened. 

You can do that, and get zero visitors from SEO.

I just know I'm going to spend a lot of time on SEO even though the site is a WIX site and would like to be sure I'm not running in the wrong direction.

Is there a site out there that pulls in data from probate, divorce, absentee owners etc does a deal analysis to allow you to spend time on equity positioned properties and then also has SEO capabilities with a website attached and a robust CRM?

SEO typically should be your main priority. 

@Eric Seo I agree with David's comment about windows needing to be 24"+ off the floor for a second or third story.
