I need some great (inexpensive) inspectors for foundation, plumbing and electrical.

I would be selling mobiles tied to the land as real estate on FHA permanent foundations.

Hello,I'm looking into purchasing a mobile home park that consist of parked owned homes on permanent foundation.  

You said counting every single doorknob would annoy them, but do you at least get it itemized into how much for electrical, plumbing, framing, drywall, floors, foundation, etc.I still think I'm going to get a quantity takeoff at least when I'm just starting out with a new GC even just for the sake of letting them know that I'm not completely ignorant on the topic (and thus easy for them to lie to).I can tell them exactly how many CY of concrete will be needed for the foundation and footings and I know that it costs about $130/CY.

Am working to line up a lot of work--roofing, foundation, painting, tiling, flooring, electrical, landscaping, etc.

Hey BiggerPockets family, I am analyzing this wholesale property as a potential fix and flip and I am pretty concerned about the foundation and exterior brick wall.

Kitchens, bathrooms, roofing, windows, flooring, porches & foundation issues.  

I was told the house foundation has to have a year to settle in before a basement can be built.

I am working on a flip just south of Urbana Iowa and I’m needing to find a subcontractor for some foundation repairs.

Slate roof (insurance company hated that, I've posted on here before), old galvanized steel or cast iron pipes that were failing piece-by-piece, old electrical with tenants complaining about tripping circuits, cracked foundations and water in the basement, and on and on.
