Vertucci is the only one I know that in the flipping game sells no product and has a very thorough program etc.. thats why you dont see the massive complaints like the others.. but to get folks to his main events he has to market the exact same way everyone else has to. then you have specially niche training like the MF folks and i tend to think the folks that pay for that training understand they are going to be buying 1 mil plus properties and there needs to be some wherewithal so for 25 to 40k to learn all about MF seems to be OK with them and then of course there is a lot of collaboration with some of those firms and bird dogging deals.The how to wholesale trainers tho they take no prisoners  LOL google Zurrix FTC litigation and read the complaint and the order to cease  its a good read and explains in great detail how these companies go about selling their courses and product etc.
