I started in a Century 21 office running the real estate school.

My home is a mid century sprawling ranch.

I asked if the seller wanted to take them out, and the seller said they didn't even know they were there, but since the seller was out of state he didn't want to bother with them, sooo...9 - Really old board games (for those born before the 21st century, those were the games that used dice and didn't involve email). 

He questioned himself whether he needed to make that much money and continued to default on promises he made to his wife for spending more time with the family.By the way, he started to buy real estate in Seattle area last year.According to him, he never invested in RE in US before but he couldn't afford to ignore this rare opportunity of the century.

I am not too impressed nor dissapointed in their business structuring, though it could be better than the typical 20th century style lol it is not horrible either.

I do at some point though have to get into the 21st century.. but I am heck on e mail and have come to like BP with all the banter and attempting to help those that are in the beginning stages of their career .  

These floors were never finished at all, the bare wood was walked on for 120 years and the floors were black with a century of dirt, dust, grime, etc.We finished the attic into 4 more rooms and had a professional floor refinisher sand the floors and ploy them.

Unlike many other businesses, though, Real Estate Investment is a well established business model (or a collection of several business models) that have been proven to produce wealth century after century.

Also I just called several brokers (branches near my home like Remax, Century 21 and ColdwellBankers) and none of them offered to do the flat fee listing on MLS.

Coastal CA properties have produced the highest or near highest ROI in the nation.Case Shiller has the 3 highest ROI large cities in the nation for this century being all from CA.NeighborhoodScout has virtually every coastal CA city as 10/10 in the nation for appreciation for this century.There is not one reputable source that does not show CA producing a great ROI for a long term hold.There are reasons that CA may not be an ideal market for everyone including high cost of entry, poor/horrendous initial cash flow, tenant friendly regulations and policies, etc.
