It is a very inspiring story and very helpful book for first time investors.

Talk to a career counselor and interview some of the amazing investors who inspire you.

We've done well with it and are now looking to buy our second.You can do this, I recommend going to meetups to connect with other investors both for realtor recommendations and also inspiration.

100 years ago perspiration probably beat inspiration 95% of the time, the math is different now, though perspiration still wins more often than not.

In my mind, fear can be dealt with and overcome by taking action, being inspired, or becoming more educated.

I'm inspired.

It's inspiring that a young dentist is willing to also work a part-time "side-hustle" job of REI to improve your chance of financial freedom earlier. 1) You could just concentrate on growing the best dental practice possible....live frugally, save a little, take what comes.2) You could add a hobby of trying to invest smartly in stocks, bonds mutual funds to try and grow your wealth faster (without sacrificing your dental practice)3) You could buy a couple rentals and try a relatively passive REI that beats #2, but doesn't detract from your main dental practice4) You could get even more involved and hands on in REI, to really try and beat #2 and #3 with higher IRR% REI.....but how much of this "hands on" can you handle part time before it becomes relatively passive long term rental.

Your plan should include a detailed description of the types of individuals you are marketing to, including what their habits are and how to reach them.Your marketing message should not only get the attention of your target audience, but should also inspire them to take action.
