I just personally hate chain link and associate it with low class neighborhoods. 

Hi @Jim Macedon,Condominium is a definition of ownership, meaning you own from drywall in, and the exterior belongs to the association.

Think of the potential costs associated with an eviction, remarket, etc.

Contact the local Home Builders Association, join it and network at monthly meetings

You may be well-advised to give a call to a local landlord association for referral to local counsel for advice specific to your jurisdiction.

I think a mass mailing to commercial property managers and brokers in your target cities.... maybe buy the list from some associations...?  

You could find out the last time the association got a new quote, I would think.
