File a motion for relief from stay in the BK proceedings to continue the eviction.

We went to the courthouse downtown and were told we can file a Motion For Relief of Stay for $181.00, is this the best and only option?

Lots of options, just need to know how far along in the process she is and if the bank is working with her or has the bank filed a motion for relief from stay?

I had some problems with the reconciliations not matching my manual calculations and they could not help me.  

Would you work it into a one time reconciliation at end of year (lease says we can) or spread it out over 3-4 years to reduce impact and ups and downs of lease payments?

I’m very interested in this program as well as it’s a nice relief to have that cash buyer already lined up.

Rates out here almost doubled recently, so I am afraid that you won't find much relief.
