I've used Facebook, Craigslist, Linkedin as social media sources to market the properties however it's been dry lately.

I found a post on LinkedIn simply stating this person was working with new investors who are allowing him to lend there money out to fund deals. so i commented on it and got a reply. found some deals i needed funded and even sent over a analysis of a few deals to show him the profit potential in the deals I found. so emailed back and forth about his process and how much he could lend me.

I believe they are one of the best brokerages in the world and a lot of top agents and teams in my market have been leaving other brokerages to join eXp.The truth is, most of what you need to learn the first 1-2 years is available for free online via websites such as YouTube, Facebook groups, LinkedIn, etc.
